El Dream belongs in the guide because its OPEC record, code 1120700015, confirms a registered international school and its own admissions material publishes a complete 2026/27 tuition sheet from K3 through Grade 12. It is not a conventional British, American or IB school. The school identifies Accelerated Christian Education—A.C.E.—as its curriculum, with diagnostic placement and a self-paced structure. That difference can be the reason a family chooses it, but it also makes the credential and university route the first diligence question rather than a footnote.

The A.C.E. model is the product, not a decorative label

A.C.E. is built around individualised, mastery-oriented work, traditionally organised through PACEs rather than a single whole-class progression. Families drawn to self-pacing, explicit Christian formation and structured independent work may find that coherent. Others may want more seminar discussion, collaborative projects, specialist labs or a conventional subject timetable. Ask to see the actual weekly pattern for the target grade, how much instruction is teacher-led, how progress is moderated and how pupils transition from the programme to another school.

The published tuition range covers the top grade

Annual tuition is ฿207,200 for K3–K5, ฿230,000 for Grades 1–3, ฿250,400 for Grades 4–6, ฿269,600 for Grades 7–9 and ฿290,000 for Grades 10–12. That top value reaches the oldest published grade rather than stopping early. The official PDF itself is marked 2026–2027; we rendered and read the document rather than trusting its file name or link label.

The real recurring range is higher than tuition

Lunch is ฿24,000 per year in Kindergarten and ฿28,000 in Grades 1–12. Textbooks range from ฿13,000 to ฿17,000. A Kindergarten recurring total is therefore at least ฿244,200 before any other extra, while a Grade 10–12 pupil reaches ฿335,000 using the published top textbook figure. If the school requires English as a Second Language support, add ฿60,000 per year. The family’s practical span is not simply the tuition range.

First-year entry charges are explicit

The application fee is ฿2,000 and registration fee ฿40,000, both non-refundable. Diagnostic testing is ฿2,000 for K3–Grade 2, ฿3,000 for Grades 3–6 and ฿5,000 for Grades 7–12. A new Grade 10 pupil therefore has at least ฿377,000 in known first-year non-ESL cost: tuition, lunch, top-band textbooks, application, registration and diagnostic assessment. Required ESL would take that known total to ฿437,000.

Several ordinary costs remain unpublished

The fee PDF does not give tariffs for bus service, uniforms, trips or external examinations, and it does not publish a deposit or sibling discount. That does not prove a charge is absent. Ask admissions to mark each item included, compulsory, optional or not offered. In particular, ask whether any Grade 10–12 examination or certification cost is billed outside tuition and exactly which organisation issues the final credential.

Christian fit should be examined in practice

The school’s own mission is explicitly Christian. A family should ask how that appears in assemblies, classroom material, discipline, worship, science teaching and expectations of parents and pupils. Faith alignment may be a strong positive for some households and a poor fit for others. The useful conversation is specific and respectful: what participation is required, what is taught, and how are families of another or no faith included?

The leaving route needs documentary answers

“Grade 12” describes the endpoint inside the school; it does not by itself identify a diploma recognised for every university system. Ask for the exact certificate issued, the issuing organisation, external examinations taken, transcript format and recent university destinations with cohort sizes. Then verify recognition directly with likely universities or the relevant admissions authority. Do not infer an American diploma, Thai M6 certificate, GED, A-Level or another credential unless the school names it in writing for this campus.

The location is different from the motorway-school cluster

Nong Pla Lai sits north-east of central Pattaya. The school may work well for families in north Banglamung, around the Route 36 corridor or near the eastern communities, while a daily run from Jomtien or Sattahip could be materially longer. No public bus tariff was found. Ask for the exact home quote, route time, first pickup, last return, supervision and whether transport remains available after activities.

The strongest fit is a family choosing the model deliberately

El Dream is most coherent for a family that wants Christian education and actively prefers A.C.E.’s self-paced structure, not merely a family seeking the lowest international-school number. It becomes less legible when the priority is a widely understood external qualification, a conventional collaborative curriculum or published outcomes. The decision should rest on observed classroom practice, the written credential route and an all-in invoice—not on the word “international” alone.

Questions for admissions

Request a sample weekly timetable, an explanation of diagnostic placement and advancement, current class and teacher numbers, the exact Grade 12 credential, recent graduate destinations, required faith participation, the criteria for compulsory ESL, and full bus, uniform, trip and examination tariffs. Ask which costs in the PDF repeat annually and what refund rules apply if the family withdraws after paying registration.

How to read a source-verified record

This page reports what the identified campus and public authorities disclose on the verification date. It does not turn school marketing into an independent judgement or promise that a place, teacher, price or future phase will remain unchanged. Primary-source status answers “who published this?”; it does not answer every quality question. The source list lets a family inspect the evidence, while the gaps identify what must be supplied in a written offer or admissions meeting.

Keep fee structure attached to every number

A fee is meaningful only with its academic year, grade, billed period and inclusion set. Per-term, per-semester and annual figures should never be mixed casually, and a refundable deposit should not be treated like a non-refundable fee even though both require cash before entry. Where this page annualises a number, the school has published the number of billed periods. Where the school gives no price, the field stays unknown rather than being inferred from a neighbouring grade, an older year or a related campus.

Do not let a school category decide the fit

“International,” “bilingual,” “Christian” and “Thai private” describe important structural differences, but none replaces a target-grade timetable and credential check. A younger child may thrive in a school whose later pathway is still developing; an older child may need a recognised examination route immediately. A family remaining in Thailand can rationally value Thai fluency and national continuity more than an overseas qualification. Another family may need portable transcripts above every other benefit. The same school can therefore be a strong fit and a poor fit for two neighbouring households.

Use current scale and outcomes carefully

Published student counts, campus sizes and histories are recorded only when the school supplies them. They are context, not ratings. Large enrolment can support breadth but may also produce larger classes; a small cohort can bring attention but narrow peer and subject choices. University-destination lists are useful only with dates, cohort sizes and the exact qualification used. Ask for current, campus-specific evidence and avoid inheriting a group achievement from another branch.

Re-verify before money becomes non-refundable

Schools can replace a PDF without changing its address, move a page while leaving an old download indexed, or issue a family-specific schedule that differs from public material. Before paying, save the applicable document and ask admissions to attach it to the offer. If the offer differs from this page, ask which figure controls and why, then use the signed school document for the payment decision.
