Japanese-language entry
The school rules require the pupil to be able to follow ordinary instruction in Japanese and require an accompanying parent to handle normal and emergency school communication in Japanese. Japanese nationality is the standard condition, although the board may recognise an equivalent case.

Unpriced: uniform, personal supplies, packed lunches and special trip costs. Ordinary teaching materials are generally included under the school rules. Confirm the entrance-fee category and bus route before payment.
Materials, PTA dues and lunch
The rules generally include ordinary teaching materials but allow separate charges for special cases such as overnight trips. PTA dues are ฿300, ฿240 and ฿180 across the three terms, or ฿720 a year. Families supply uniform and personal items at unpublished prices and bring lunch: the FAQ says there is no lunch service or on-campus food sale. The school says it does not solicit donations.
Joining in the middle of the 2026 year, and 2027 fees
A pupil joining mid-year pays the entrance fee plus tuition for the term of entry only. For Term 3 entry in January 2027 that is ฿160,000 plus ฿29,200, or ฿189,200 at the standard entrance fee, with ฿180 PTA dues for that term (our sum of the school’s published figures). The school sends payment details by email about ten days before the reception day and takes payment from a bank account in Thailand; it does not accept transfers from Japan.

The entrance fee and first-term tuition are refunded only if the place is cancelled by the last day of the month before the term starts; after that the entrance fee is never refunded. The school’s rules say that any change to fees is announced on its website by the end of December of the year before. On 12 October 2026 the site still showed only the 2026 amounts, so 2027 tuition was not yet published. Families without a Thai bank account pay tuition by cheque and PTA dues in cash at reception.
Entrance-fee exceptions require approval
The standard entrance fee is ฿160,000. Defined re-entry or progression cases may pay ฿60,000, and a same-division transfer between Bangkok and Sriracha campuses may qualify for a waiver. Prior attendance, timing and division matter; ask accounting to name the approved category on the invoice rather than budgeting for an exception.
Payment and employer receipts
The rules do not accept payment from a parent’s employer or issue an employer-addressed invoice or receipt. Existing families use specified bank systems; admission payment may require a cashier’s or personal cheque. Check the available receipt with the school and employer before relying on company reimbursement.
First-year baseline and approximate bus cost
With the standard entrance fee, tuition plus entrance is ฿306,000; adding ฿720 PTA dues makes published school charges ฿306,720 for a new pupil. The FAQ’s separate bus estimate is roughly ฿20,000–฿30,000 per term, revised yearly with operating days and fuel. Three terms would put the illustration at about ฿366,720–฿396,720 before uniform, personal supplies, packed lunch or special trips. This is not a quote and does not establish a Pattaya route.

Applications are made online only, and a school tour cannot be booked on its own. At reception the school asks for passport, Thai visa and latest entry-stamp pages for the child and both parents; it cannot register a family in which every parent holds a tourist visa. Confirm the actual school-bus route
The public FAQ does not establish a Pattaya stop, travel time or route coverage. Ask the operator for the exact pickup point, adult supervision, morning and return times, and a written price before choosing a home.
Support decisions happen before ordinary admission
Families needing special consideration are directed to contact the Sriracha admissions/support address. The school evaluates whether its facilities and staffing can meet the pupil's needs and can decline where it judges the fit insufficient.
