Rugby's 2026/27 tuition runs from ฿345,000 to ฿999,000. Application is ฿5,500, acceptance ฿200,000 and refundable student deposit ฿100,000. Tuition includes textbooks, lunch and snacks, the annual residential trip, standard external exam entry and one resit.

Rugby prices EAL/SfL at ฿5,500–฿70,000 per term. Boarding from Year 6 is ฿285,100 part, ฿417,700 weekly or ฿493,800 full yearly, plus a ฿20,000 expenses deposit. Music, bus and uniform remain additional.

Create totals for cash before attendance, the complete first year and a normal recurring year. Mark refundable deposits, one-time charges, discounts and support triggered by assessment.

SISB publishes Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A-Level after its Singapore stages. Confirm which senior grades currently operate, accept newcomers and offer each subject.

Rugby publishes an established IGCSE and A-Level route. Ask for current subjects, cohort sizes, completion routes, university counselling and campus-level outcomes rather than assuming every option runs regardless of demand.

Rehearse relocation after two years. Request the transcript, curriculum map, language evidence and teacher references each school would supply.

Ask which secondary grades are operating now, how many pupils are in each cohort, which IGCSE subjects are taught and when the first Rayong AS/A-Level cohort is expected.

Rugby has direct IB registry evidence dating to 2002. Its Education Development Trust and ONESQA accreditation statements are school-published claims, and it does not currently publish a campus-specific CIS claim. No campus-level accreditation for SISB Rayong appears in the sources reviewed, so parents should ask which examination-centre or programme approvals apply specifically to Rayong.

Accreditation still does not make the classroom choice automatically. Compare the proposed teacher, class size, language load, homework pattern, assessment style and reporting cadence. A pupil moving from another Singapore system may find SISB’s sequence more familiar; a pupil coming from a British school may map more directly into Rugby. Families arriving from other systems should ask both schools to explain placement using actual prior records.

SISB publishes a 2% full-year tuition discount, sibling tuition discounts of 5% for the second child and 10% for later children, and a 20% enrolment reduction from the second child. Rugby published 3% off full-year tuition for payment by 13 August 2026, a deadline now passed and sibling discounts of 5%, 10% and 15% from the second through fourth child.

Keep those reductions below the standard-fee comparison. Ask whether discounts can combine and what happens if the family withdraws.

Record how quickly the child separates, who welcomes them, which language adults use and whether the routine is understandable without repeated prompting. Ask what happens on a difficult morning and how parents are informed. A polished tour after children leave cannot answer these questions.

Record the balance of adult-led, child-initiated, individual and group activity during the visit. Ask how teachers adapt the same task for a child who is new to English, already reading or reluctant to join a group. The right environment is not defined by one teaching philosophy; it is the setting where staff can explain how this child will participate and progress.

Confirm arrival supervision, meals, allergies, illness procedures, late collection and activities. SISB prices meals and resources separately; Rugby tuition includes lunch, snacks, the standard extracurricular programme and annual residential trip. Put excluded care, trips and holiday arrangements in writing.

Place both calendars beside the family’s work calendar. Count closures that require alternative care and ask whether holiday programmes are offered, separately registered or guaranteed to enrolled pupils. A school-year tuition comparison does not capture care purchased during long breaks.

Ask how each school handles a mid-year departure before assuming either transfer will happen neatly at the end of a stage.
