Boarding in Pattaya:
full, weekly and flexi.

Current published boarding near Pattaya runs from ฿160,000 a year for REPS weekly boarding to ฿493,800 for Rugby full boarding. Those figures are not one market rank: they span British premium boarding, international weekly houses and Thai-curriculum boarding, while ACS remains partial-only and Highgate remains planned only.

Four schools publish a current or currently linked annual boarding tariff that a parent can quote directly. They are still not interchangeable. Rugby and Regents are premium international boarding routes; Garden's latest public tariff is still one fee year older; and REPS is a Thai-bilingual school with a much lower price point.

Published boarding prices copied on their stated annual basis. Garden remains on its latest public 2025/26 tariff; Rugby, Regents and REPS are 2026/27. Checked 27 July 2026.

Regents is the only boarding record in this set that publishes the annual-payment saving on the boarding line itself: the standard total is ฿447,000, reduced by −฿22,350 to ฿424,650 when paid for the full year by the published deadline. Rugby publishes part, weekly and full boarding prices as annual amounts; no separate boarding discount line is stated on the boarding section of the fee PDF.

Two boarding routes stay
outside the price table.

Assumption College Sriracha and Highgate both belong in the planning discussion, but neither supports a clean annual boarding comparison today. ACS publishes boarding provision and a current combined Term 1 notice for selected cohorts, while Highgate still has no live boarding tariff.

// 03 · What changes the number

Full, weekly and flexi
are not the same service.

Part or flexi boarding. Rugby is the clearest published flexi record in the current set: part boarding is ฿285,100 a year, below its weekly and full options. If a family wants structured nights without seven-day residence, this is the only directly priced premium option in the source set.

Weekly boarding. Weekly models sit across very different school types. REPS publishes the lowest annual weekly price at ฿160,000, Garden publishes ฿297,000, and Rugby publishes ฿417,700. That spread reflects curriculum, staffing, campus model and boarding-house scope, not just margin.

Full boarding. Published full boarding runs from ฿170,000 at REPS to ฿493,800 at Rugby. Regents' published annual figure is effectively a full-boarding number from Year 3, but it is shown as one boarding total rather than weekly versus full split. Families should ask exactly how weekends, leave-outs, laundry, trips and medical supervision are handled before assuming two "full" offers are equivalent.

Who should use —
and skip — this page.

This page suits families deciding whether boarding is realistic at all, and which boarding model belongs on the shortlist: premium British, premium international, smaller Rayong boarding house, lower-cost Thai-bilingual boarding, or Thai-curriculum residential school.

Skip the headline ranking if the child needs one exact year group, one exact credential, or a published all-in first-year bill. Boarding tariffs are only one layer. Tuition, entry fees, deposits, transport, trips, uniforms, guardianship arrangements and support costs still need a dated written quote.

Skip the international-school comparison entirely if the family needs a Thai-national route with boarding. In that case, ACS and REPS belong in the conversation for different reasons, but they should not be treated as substitutes for Rugby, Regents or Garden on price alone.

// FAQ

Quick answers
about boarding prices.

Which schools near Pattaya publish current boarding prices?

Rugby School Thailand, Regents International School Pattaya, Garden International School Rayong and REPS publish boarding tariffs that can be quoted directly. Assumption College Sriracha publishes boarding provision but only a partial Term 1/2569 combined day-and-boarding notice for selected cohorts, not a full annual boarding tariff. Highgate publishes planned boarding statements, but no live boarding price.

What is the cheapest published boarding option in the current source set?

REPS publishes the lowest directly quoted annual figure in the current source set at ฿160,000 a year for weekly boarding and ฿170,000 for full boarding in 2026/27. That is a Thai-bilingual route, not a like-for-like international-school equivalent.

Are Regents, Rugby, Garden and REPS boarding prices directly comparable?

Only with care. Rugby publishes part, weekly and full boarding on a British premium boarding-school model. Regents publishes a discounted annual full-boarding figure from Year 3. Garden's latest public boarding tariff is still 2025/26. REPS is much cheaper, but it is a Thai-curriculum bilingual school. Compare the boarding type, curriculum and fee year before ranking the number.

Is Highgate already operating boarding?

No. Highgate's current public pages still describe boarding as planned, not live, and the timing conflicts across those pages. Its homepage contains both 2027 and 2028 statements, while the Admissions page says 2028/29. No boarding tariff is currently published.
