British school pathways near Pattaya cover different ages and qualifications. Some profiles describe a through-school; others cover primary, secondary or a mixed programme. Check the year groups operating now, the leaving qualification and the published fee year. Use the school profiles to distinguish current provision from future plans.

01 · British and IB or A-Level routes

Four operating schools and Highgate's announced phases

Regents, St Andrew's and Garden publish an IB Diploma route; Rugby publishes A-Levels. Highgate reports that its younger-years school opened 19 August 2026 for ages 2–11; Years 7–9 are planned for August 2027. Confirm the child’s class before comparing.

These three schools publish Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level pathways, but differ in the ages they serve and how fees are structured. Their published tuition spans ฿133K-฿665K/year across year groups; compare the same year before using that range.

These schools include a British curriculum component, but do not all offer a continuous route through Year 13. Check each school's current age span and onward qualification before comparing fees.

How to narrow the options

Check the Sixth Form route

First check whether a school covers the child's remaining age range and which leaving qualification it delivers. If IBDP matters: Regents, Garden Rayong, or St. Andrew's GV. If A-Levels matter, confirm the current upper-secondary route: several records stop at Year 6, Year 9 or Year 10, and SISB Rayong uses a Singapore-to-British hybrid rather than an all-years English National Curriculum.

Compare fees for one year group

Published tuition across the fourteen records runs from ฿80K-฿120K at BJP to ฿999K at Rugby's top band, but that spread crosses primary-only, secondary-only, hybrid and full through-school models. Compare the same year group, fee year and payment basis, then add mandatory charges. The lower headline may buy a shorter age span or a different qualification route rather than the same programme at a discount.

Test the school journey

Most options cluster in Banglamung and Pattaya, while St Andrew's and Garden are in Ban Chang and SISB plus Belfry are farther inland in Ban Khai, Rayong. Wells appears in the American-curriculum guide. Test the home-to-gate journey at school-run time before deciding which campuses are practical.

Check boarding arrangements

Three operating British schools publish boarding: Rugby Thailand (from Year 6), Regents Pattaya (from Year 3) and Garden Rayong (from Year 5). Highgate is not operating boarding; its Admissions page says 2028/29, while its homepage contains both 2027 and 2028 statements. The other British schools are day-only.

Check programme recognition

A school group's accreditation or exam-board relationship does not automatically apply to every campus or programme. Garden and Regents hold CIS accreditation; St Andrew's publishes EDT accreditation; TPIS publishes Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel routes. Primary-only and lower-secondary records do not deliver a leaving credential, and hybrid pathways need grade-by-grade checking. Verify the exact programme and recognition for the child's entry year.

Ask each shortlisted school to confirm the child's entry year, available qualification route, complete fee schedule and any required support in writing. Use its profile for the published facts and unresolved questions before arranging a visit.
