Rugby vs. Regents
A-Level brand vs. IBDP optionality. Boarding from 10 vs. Y3. Side-by-side fees + decision framework.
Eight Pattaya-area schools publish at least one named university list, acceptance set or alumni destination. None of the current public pages gives a complete current cohort with a denominator and a clean offer-versus-enrolment split, so this topic is about evidence quality, not league tables.

The current public evidence is good enough to answer one question: which schools show named outcome examples, and how clean is the evidence? It is not good enough to rank schools by destination strength, because no located page publishes a full current cohort, a denominator and a row-by-row split between offers, acceptances, enrolments and attendance.
The safest reading is narrow. ISE publishes Class of 2026 acceptances. Garden Rayong shows named alumni destinations, but not a cohort year. BPIS names one alumnus at Chulalongkorn, which is real but not a school-level destination rate. Those are different evidentiary categories.
These eight pages all publish at least one named institution. The important distinction is what the source actually proves. A destination map, an acceptances block, an alumni page and a single-achievement post should not be collapsed into one ranking column.
| School | What is published | What you can honestly call it | What is still missing | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rugby Thailand | Undated multi-year destination map plus a 2025 results article naming confirmed places at Brown and Cambridge. | Mix of destination examples and selected current-year confirmed places | No complete cohort denominator or full current class table | Destination map ↗ · 2025 results ↗ |
| Regents Pattaya | Named university list and language about students being accepted by top universities. | Named university evidence, but page-level status is mixed | No full cohort year, denominator or row-by-row enrolment status | Official source ↗ |
| St Andrew's GV | Academic-results page combines universities students have been accepted to and universities they have gone on to study at. | Mixed acceptance and study-at evidence | No institution-by-institution status, cohort year or denominator | Academic results ↗ |
| Garden Rayong | Alumni page names universities attended by former students. | Actual alumni destinations, but not a comparable cohort list | No stated year window, denominator or current cohort break-out | Alumni page ↗ |
| TPIS | Sixth-form page says 100% of students enter first-choice universities and names institutions across Asia, Europe, America and Oceania. | Named destination-style evidence | No cohort year or denominator | Sixth-form outcomes ↗ |
| ISE | Homepage labels a Class of 2026 university acceptances section. | Acceptances only, not confirmed destinations | No full cohort denominator or later enrolment update | Class of 2026 acceptances ↗ |
| BPIS | Achievements page names one alumnus now pursuing an academic career at Chulalongkorn University. | Single named alumnus, not a cohort | No cohort evidence, guidance disclosure or destination list | Achievements page ↗ |
| REPS | University Acceptance page says graduates have gone on to pursue named Thai and international programmes. | Named destination evidence without a cohort frame | No current cohort year or denominator | University acceptance page ↗ |
The strongest public outcome evidence in this set is still incomplete: a school-owned page that clearly says a student attended or is now studying somewhere, and does so for a whole recent cohort with a stated denominator. No school currently publishes all of those elements together.
Outcome pages are more useful when the school also explains how pupils are supported. Public guidance detail does not prove better results, but it does tell a parent whether university preparation is treated as a real service rather than a collage of logos.
| School | Published guidance detail | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Rugby Thailand | Higher Education advisors, a Thai-university specialist, Year 12 Kick Start support and Year 13 application timelines are described publicly. | Destination page ↗ |
| Regents Pattaya | University-destinations page frames the school around top-university admissions and destination reach. | Official source ↗ |
| St Andrew's GV | Dedicated careers and university-guidance page describes counselling, lessons from Year 10, university visits, fairs and parent sessions. | Careers guidance ↗ |
| TPIS | Sixth-form page explicitly labels university guidance alongside destination claims. | Sixth-form page ↗ |
| ISE | University and Careers Support page describes individualised university guidance and a designated counsellor. | University and Careers Support ↗ |
| REPS | Upper Secondary page says the school prepares students for university and highlights top-university MOUs and quota agreements. | Upper Secondary ↗ |
Rugby and St Andrew's currently give the clearest public process detail. Regents and Garden put more weight on the destination picture than on the mechanics behind it.
These schools matter to parents comparing outcomes, but their current public evidence does not support a named destination comparison. The right editorial move is to state the limit, not to inflate it.
| School | What the current source says | How the page treats it | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| MIS | Campus page says graduating students are offered places at top universities in the world, but it names no institutions, no cohort year and no denominator. | General outcomes claim only; not usable for a destination comparison | Campus page ↗ |
| Highgate Thailand | The current home page says Pre-Prep and Junior open in August 2026 and invites enquiries for Senior School in August 2027. | No Thailand graduating cohort exists yet, so no campus outcome list can exist | Current home page ↗ |
| Wells Chonburi | System overview describes a university-preparatory American curriculum, but the located outcome material is system-level and navigation points campus acceptances elsewhere. | Do not assign Bangkok-campus or system outcomes to Chonburi | System overview ↗ |
The same rule also excludes several other ledger records from this page's published-evidence total. No usable current named university outcome was located for EFIP, BJP, ISC, BEST, Phoenix, Lovell, ACS, Satit, Darasamutr, Maryvit Bowin, Maryvit Sattahip, Kids Avenue, Belfry or Sirasartsuksa. That is a disclosure result, not a judgement on actual graduate quality.
1. Is it an offer, acceptance, confirmed place or actual attendance? Schools use these terms loosely, but they are not interchangeable. An offer is not a destination.
2. Is it a complete cohort or a selected example list? One alumnus at one famous university proves possibility, not probability. A map without a denominator is a reach signal, not a rate.
3. Is it this campus? Group sites often publish system-level outcomes. That is why Wells Chonburi stays out of the named-outcomes set here.
4. Is the year current? ISE gives a current-year label for acceptances. Most of the other pages do not. If the year is missing, ask whether the list spans one class, several years or hand-picked alumni.
The right next step is a written request for the latest full graduating cohort, number of graduates, the precise status of each entry and the guidance structure behind it. A school that publishes less online may still have stronger underlying outcomes than a school that publishes a prettier map.
This guide suits a family choosing between senior-school pathways, checking whether a claimed university track is campus-specific, and separating real destination evidence from admissions-page shorthand.
Skip this page if what you want is a rank order. The current public evidence does not support one. Use it instead to improve the admissions conversation with Rugby, Regents, St Andrew's, Garden, TPIS, ISE, MIS, BPIS, REPS, Highgate and Wells Chonburi.
No directory, forum, marketing brochure from another site or AI summary supplies a destination claim here. Where a school does not publish enough evidence, the page says so plainly.
Rugby, Regents, St Andrew's, Garden, TPIS, ISE, BPIS and REPS publish at least one named university example in the public sources checked. MIS publishes only a general top-universities claim; Highgate has no Thailand graduating cohort yet; Wells publishes system-level material, not Chonburi-campus outcomes.
Not always the same. ISE labels Class of 2026 university acceptances. Rugby's 2025 results article names confirmed places, while its separate destinations page is an undated multi-year map. St Andrew's and Regents use broader destination language without a row-by-row status line for each institution.
None in the public sources checked. No page gives a full current cohort, a denominator and a row-by-row distinction between offers and actual enrolment, so destination-rate league tables are not supportable from the current public evidence.
Ask for the latest complete cohort list, number of graduates, which entries are offers versus enrolments, destination-country breakdown, guidance staffing, and whether the evidence is campus-specific rather than group-wide. A prestige name on a marketing page is not a cohort outcome.
